Ingredients
  • 70grams or 1 cup fresh kale
  • 1 banana
  • 1tablespoon unsweetened peanut butter
  • 1tablespoon maple syrupor honey for a non-vegan version
  • 1tablespoon lemon juice
  • 230ml or 1 cup almond milkor any other nut milk
  • a pinch of sea salt
  • water or iceoptional
Instructions
  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender (I use Philips Avance Collection Glass Jar Smoothie), add a bit of ice or water to adjust the consistency and a pinch of salt to balance the taste. Enjoy!
