–eggplants – salt – black pepper – cooking spray – walnuts – very hot water – garlic minced –  khmeli suneli – ground coriander – white wine vinegar – pomegranate seeds to serve

Slice your eggplants and bake

Fill each eggplant with 1-2 heaped teaspoons of the walnut mixture
