How to Roast

Roasted garlic has a robust, nutty, mellow and caramelized flavor.  It’s simple to make and will add layers of complex and delightful garlicky flavor to  your recipes.

How to Use Roasted Garlic Add it to:  - pasta - rice  - buddha bowls - casseroles - salads - soups - any type of vegetable or grain-based side dishes - dips and sauces  - spread it on bread or crackers - eat it plain. - any dishes that you’d normally add mayo to.

Ingredients

– garlic – olive oil – salt – black pepper

Cut the tips off the head

Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and black pepper

Wrap each head in a piece of tin foil

Roast for 35-40 min until tender

Let cool and peel

Use it for delicious sauces, soups, pasta, rice and more!

Store it in a glass container or jar with olive oil in the fridge for up to 10 days
