(translated from Spanish as “green sauce”) is traditionally made of
cilantro, olive oil, sea salt, garlic and cumin.
– fresh cilantro
– lime juice
– ground cumin
– sea salt
– black pepper
– extra virgin olive oil
– fresh bread, potatoes or roasted vegetables to serve
How to make it?
Combine all the ingredients except olive oil in a bowl of a food processor.
Blend until smooth, gradually adding olive oil.
Serve with potatoes, bread or veggies.
