This vegan white sauce is as close to the real thing as it can get.

– olive oil; – flour; – almond milk; – nutmeg; – nutritional yeast; – salt.

How to make it?

Heat olive oil, add flour and whisk

Add warm almond milk and keep whisking

Add nutritional yeast, nutmeg and salt


Use for vegan lasagna, pasta, pot pie or as a base for vegan cheese sauces
