  • Toast the unhulled sesame in a large frying pan over medium heat until golden, stirring occasionally (about 3 minutes).
  • Transfer to a high-speed food processor or blender and blend until smooth, gradually adding olive oil. The more powerful is your food processor, the less oil you'll need. Add salt to taste. Enjoy!
