Notes

  1. Silken tofu is the best for this recipe. Mori-Nu tofu is available on Amazon. Other silken tofu brands that are available in North America are Nasoya, Wildwood Organic, Sunrise Soft Tofu, etc.
  2. You can substitute lemon juice for apple cider vinegar, and skip either garlic or onion powder to make it less pungent.
  3. Use 2 teaspoons of dried dill if you don't have fresh.
  4. This sauce is a great addition to a variety of dishes, like bowls, salads, burgers, sandwiches, vegan buffalo wings, potato wedges, grilled veggies, pizza, bread sticks, stuffed mushrooms, and more.
  5. Refrigerate it in the airtight container or jar for up to a week.
  6. Keep it in the freezer for up to 3 months. Thaw it in the fridge overnight and blend again before serving to restore the consistency, if needed.
