Ingredients
For the salad:

raw salmon

ripe avocados

lychee
For the dressing:

tablespoons
soy sauce

tablespoon
olive oil

teaspoons
sesame oil

teaspoons
white sesame seeds

teaspoon
black sesame seeds

teaspoons
chopped chives

teaspoon
wasabi powder

teaspoon
ground ginger

Instructions
Dice salmon and avocados. Remove the skin, pit and dice lychee fruits. Combine everything in a bowl.
Combine all the ingredient of the dressing, add it to the salad and let the flavors mix together for 10 minutes.
Using a food shaping mold, arrange the salad on two plates. Enjoy!

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
