Ingredients

ginger root
sliced

lemon

medium-sized hot chili pepper
sliced
a handful or 2 teabags
linden blossom

l or 4 cups
boiling water

teaspoons
honey
(1 teaspoon per cup) replace with sugar if vegan
Instructions
Put ginger, lemon, chili slices and linden blossom in a teapot. Add boiling water and let stand for 10 minutes. Add honey if desired. Get well soon!
Notes
You can reheat the tea once it's cold. Store it in the fridge for up to 2 days.
