Ingredients

  • 5 cm or 2 inch piece ginger root sliced
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 1 medium-sized hot chili pepper sliced
  • a handful or 2 teabags linden blossom
  • 1 l or 4 cups boiling water
  • 4 teaspoons honey (1 teaspoon per cup) replace with sugar if vegan

Instructions

  • Put ginger, lemon, chili slices and linden blossom in a teapot. Add boiling water and let stand for 10 minutes. Add honey if desired. Get well soon!
